Mystery Gem | Mt Gambier | Riesling 2021

95 points Sam Kim, WineOrbit, Jun 2023. "Offering stunning fruit purity, the wine shows lemon/lime peel, Granny Smith apple and jasmine nuances on the nose, followed by a concentrated palate offering fine focus and linear mouthfeel. Wonderfully structured by bright acidity, finishing impressively long and mouth-watering. At its best: 2025 to 2036."

92 points Ken Gargett, Winepilot, Mar 2024. From volcanic soils near Mount Gambier, the colour here is pale lemon. The immediate impression is of good intensity with notes of citrus, florals, hints of apricots and lemongrass, are all evident. This has full force aromatics for a Riesling. Medium length and good balance with hints of sweet peaches and orange rind on the finish, which lingers well. Drink over the next six to eight years.”

Mystery Gem | Hunter Valley | Semillon 2020

94 points Sam Kim, WineOrbit, Nov 2023. "Charming and inviting, the bouquet shows lemon peel, bees wax and dried grass notes with a hint of toasty complexity. It's fine and linear in the mouth delivering bright fruit flavours with zesty acidity, finishing long and sleek. Delightfully drinkable. At its best: now to 2032."

Mystery Gem | Margaret River | Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2023

Nick Bulleid, Master of Wine, Aug 2023."This hits the SBS target beautifully. Grassy notes and fuller tropical flavours mingle in this intensely flavoured white. The acidity is well-balanced and there’s wonderful length. Enjoy it over the coming summer."

Mystery Gem | Margaret River | Sauvignon Blanc 2024

93 points Sam Kim, WineOrbit, July 2024."Upfront and fabulously aromatic, the wine shows green apple, kaffir lime and herbaceous aromas, followed by a flavoursome palate offering terrific fruit intensity backed by juicy acidity, making it immediately appealing. At its best: now to 2029.

BackVintage | Langhome Creek | Pinot Grigio 2024

Top Value, Huon Hooke, The Real Review, January 2025 “Light yellow in the glass; aromas of apricot and white pepper, straightforward and clean, then a light and somewhat wispy palate that is soft and dry balanced.”

Mystery Gem | Margaret River | Chardonnay 2023

93 points Sam Kim, WineOrbit, Nov 2023. "Restrained and elegantly complex, the wine shows nectarine, lemon pith, nougat and oatmeal nuances on the nose. The palate displays excellent weight and focused mouthfeel, wonderfully supported by bright acidity. Beautifully composed and poised with a lengthy linear finish. At its best: now to 2029.

92 points Ken Gargett, Winepilot, Dec 2023. "A terrific Margaret River Chardonnay which is cracking value. Lemon/green in hue, this sits at the leaner end of the spectrum. There is a minerally support system here, with notes of citrus and fresh melons to the fore. Touches of stonefruit are also noticeable. Fresh, good focus, pristine with a soft texture and a lingering finish. The citrus continues to emerge on the palate. Good now and over the next five to six years.
