Sourced from 25-year-old vines in the Sellicks region, the grapes were crushed gently to allow whole berries into fermentation, promoting aroma and softness. Fermented without oak, this wine showcases pure fruit flavours and was bottled early to capture its fresh character. This ‘summer red’ delivers a medium body with berry flavours that build through the palate, a touch of brisk tannin, and a lingering finish.
