This Old Vine Rosé is a vibrant expression of the Barossa, drawn from old vine Grenache and Mourvèdre grown across the region's deep, sun-warmed soils. It captures the character of a warm-climate rosé made with a cooler-climate sensibility, rich and juicy without ever tipping into heaviness, with a grown-up twist that sets it apart from the crowd.
On the nose, Japanese white strawberry, white grapefruit and ripe Meyer lemon lead the way, layered with wild pink flowers and orange-infused Turkish delight. The palate is pale and fresh in colour, textural yet clean and dry, carried by a lovely line of acidity that keeps everything lifted and bright. The finish is long, complex, and laced with the essence of roses, peach, and Granny Smith apple.
A product of careful, minimal-intervention winemaking and a gentle, cool fermentation, this is rosé built for more than a single season: unfined, vegan-friendly, and made for savouring year-round.
Colour: Pale, delicate pink with a bright, fresh hue.
Nose: Aromatic and expressive, with notes of Japanese white strawberry, ripe Meyer lemon, white grapefruit and wild pink flowers. Subtle orange-infused Turkish Delight adds an intriguing floral sweetness.
Palate: Bright, juicy and beautifully fresh, with flavours of lychee, Granny Smith apple, white peach and rose petal. A fine line of acidity keeps the palate lifted and vibrant, while a gently savoury finish adds complexity and a refined, grown-up character. Dry, clean and succulent with excellent texture and length.

"The 2026 vintage is vibrant, textural and delicious dry; laden with juicy red fruit, plenty of freshness and the kind of savoury complexity that makes it just as at home on the dinner table as it is in the sunshine. And when it comes to food, this is where this Rosé really shines - little bites, shared plates and big flavours. Think crispy seafood, grilled meats, sticky glazed ribs and anything with a little spice."

"The inviting bouquet reveals watermelon, red apple, lemon peel, and white flower aromas, leading to a lively palate that's juicy and lingering. Beautifully styled and expressed, making it vibrant and highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2029."

"Pale pink. Fresh, vibrant energy on the bouquet in pressed flowers, cranberry, wild strawberry, peony florals. Falls ever so nicely in place on the palate with a lovely aromatic, floral flow amid wild forest berries, cherries and strawberries with earthy spice. So clean and brisk in acidity, with a decisive bright finish. Energy to go and go. Now–2030"
