Crafted by a Clare Valley Winemaker of the Year, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a testament to the region’s ideal growing conditions for producing rich, complex wines. This winery, known for its focus on small-batch, minimal intervention winemaking, creates wines that truly reflect the Skilly Valley’s unique terroir and microclimates. This single vineyard Cabernet offers layers of flavour that showcase the meticulous care taken from vineyard to bottle.
The 2021 saw smaller berries, resulting in dark, silky tannins and concentrated flavours. Aged for 15 months in seasoned French oak, this medium-bodied wine pairs beautifully with red meats, mature cheeses, or can be enjoyed on its own. Cellaring for up to 10 years will allow the wine to develop further complexity.
