The blend combines the spicy, juicy intensity of Shiraz grown in Wrattonbully with the refined structure and mixed berry flavours of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon. These vineyards benefit from cool, dry ripening conditions, allowing for maximum flavour development and optimal tannin structure.
After careful handling in the winery, the wine was aged for 18 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels, enhancing its complexity and softening the tannins. This classic Australian blend is a true expression of its region and pairs beautifully with hearty dishes and good company.
