Coastal, crisp, and utterly refreshing - a textured WA Vermentino perfect for seafood days.

Minimum purchase any 12 bottles sitewide.

This Vermentino brings a Mediterranean soul to the cool, coastal soils of Ferguson Valley. Originally hailing from the islands of Sardinia and Corsica, Vermentino is a variety that thrives in sea-breeze-kissed climates, and Western Australia’s Ferguson Valley offers a perfect southern hemisphere match.

This winery has taken a minimalist, texture-driven approach to this vintage. Naturally clarified with a little retained turbidity, the wine delivers a satisfying mid-palate weight without sacrificing vibrancy. From the very first swirl, you’ll catch a whiff of citrus blossom and red apple, with a saline note that whispers of the nearby ocean.

Crafted for long lunches, share plates, and anything deep-fried and delicious, this wine is a love letter to the coast: fresh, bright, and just a little wild.

A salty-sweet white wine with texture and drive.

Colour: Bright straw with a green hue.

Nose: Lifted aromas of citrus blossom, crisp red apple, and a hint of sea spray.

Palate: Fresh and textural, with citrus, orchard fruit, and vibrant acidity combining for a mouth-watering finish.

Food Pairing: Pair with fritto misto, crispy calamari, or fried lemon and sage for a perfect summer match. Serve chilled and enjoy now through 2029.

93 Points | Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

“Beautifully fruited and inviting, the bouquet shows apricot, rockmelon, oatmeal, and floral notes. The palate has excellent weight and silky flow, combined with fine acidity, finishing lingering and pleasingly dry. At its best: now to 2029.”

91 Points | Ken Gargett, Winepilot

“Another fine local version of an Italian star, which is widely planted over there, but Sardinia seems its spiritual home. Some compare it with Sauvignon Blanc, but that seems a touch harsh. Good Vermentino has more weight, depth and character and a different flavour profile. This example from the Ferguson Valley in Western Australia is worth a look for those keen to see what all the fuss is about. The colour is a very pale lemon with flecks of green. There is a powerful, minerally nose, indicating good concentration throughout. A flick of citrus with notes of nuts, peaches and a chalky backing. The palate sees the emergence of limes and a hint of a warm earth character. The wine is of medium length with good direction and a persistent finish. Delicious now, it will improve over the next three to four years. Like this a lot.”
