Bright, expressive, and vibrantly fresh, the Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a celebration of organic winemaking and the unique character of its estate-grown fruit. Crafted from certified organic vines, this wine captures the purity and intensity of a warm, sun-kissed growing season, delivering flavours that are both precise and inviting.

On the nose, it bursts with tropical aromas, while the palate unfolds with lively notes of apple, guava, and passionfruit, accented by hints of garden herbs. Green apple leads seamlessly into a lingering finish of sweet honeysuckle and melon, offering freshness, balance, and a refined elegance.

A wine that’s as approachable as it is expressive, it's a testament to careful, organic viticulture and the vibrant energy of a perfect vintage.

93 points Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Nov 2024.

"Intensely aromatic on the nose with crunchy apple, lemon zest, jasmine, and garden herb aromas, leading to a lively palate filled with youthful fruit intensity, backed by crisp acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering. Upfront and flavoursome, making it fabulously drinkable."

91 points Ken Gargett, Wine Pilot, Jan 2025.

"Certified organic, this is a typical Margaret River version of the old classic dry white blend – Savvy and Sem. A deep lemon hue, there are some tropical notes here with hints of passionfruit, but it is the citrus, dry herbaceous characters and leaner grassy notes that are even more evident. Those tropical notes emerge more and more on the palate, which reveals juicy, slightly saline acidity and good length. A wine for enjoying over the next two to four years."
