A 95-point Riesling from the Limestone coast that celebrates both nature and craftsmanship.

Minimum purchase any 12 bottles sitewide.

Grown in the volcanic soils near Mount Gambier in South Australia’s Limestone Coast, this Riesling is a true expression of the region’s unique terroir. Crafted by a family whose passion for biological farming has shaped their vineyards for nearly two decades, this Riesling reflects their commitment to sustainability and exceptional fruit quality. Their small vineyard, biologically farmed and nestled amidst natural swamps and forests, has produced a wine that showcases both elegance and vibrancy.

Harvested in the cool early hours of the morning and fermented slowly in stainless steel, the wine retains its freshness and lively character, with the potential to age gracefully over the next 3-7 years. This Riesling is a celebration of both nature and craftsmanship, offering a refreshing taste that reflects the care taken in every step of its creation.

A 95-point Riesling with vibrant fruit and refreshing acidity.

Colour: Very light straw with a greenish edge.

Nose: Perfumed aromas of delicate apple and orange blossoms.

Palate: Flavours of apple and mandarin with balanced, refreshing acidity.

Food Pairing: Perfect with fresh seafood, light salads, or enjoyed as an aperitif. Drink now or cellar for 3-7 years to enjoy its full potential.

95 points Sam Kim, WineOrbit, Jun 2023.
"Offering stunning fruit purity, the wine shows lemon/lime peel, Granny Smith apple and jasmine nuances on the nose, followed by a concentrated palate offering fine focus and linear mouthfeel. Wonderfully structured by bright acidity, finishing impressively long and mouth-watering. At its best: 2025 to 2036."

92 points Ken Gargett, Winepilot, Mar 2024.
From volcanic soils near Mount Gambier, the colour here is pale lemon. The immediate impression is of good intensity with notes of citrus, florals, hints of apricots and lemongrass, are all evident. This has full force aromatics for a Riesling. Medium length and good balance with hints of sweet peaches and
orange rind on the finish, which lingers well. Drink over the next six to eight
years.”
