The Chardonnay is a poised and sophisticated expression of Margaret River, capturing both purity of fruit and finely tuned winemaking. In the glass, it presents a bright, pale straw hue, hinting at its elegance and precision.

The nose is beautifully expressive and layered, revealing classic white stone fruit alongside grapefruit pith and orange blossom, underpinned by a striking mineral thread. Subtle notes of beeswax and flinty wet slate add complexity, creating an aromatic profile that is both intricate and inviting.

On the palate, the wine is refined and mineral-driven, balancing generous fruit with vibrant citrus acidity. Flavours of white peach, nectarine, and lemon curd reflect the warmth of the growing season, while cool nights have preserved freshness and lift. A supple, talc-like texture enhances the wine’s structure, delivering finesse and length in a classic Margaret River style.

Crafted from select vineyard sites across Wilyabrup, Carbunup, and Treeton, the fruit was whole bunch and berry pressed in the cool of morning, then fermented with wild yeast. With no malolactic fermentation and nine months’ maturation in French oak, complemented by regular lees stirring, the wine achieves both purity and complexity.

An exceptional match for Western Australian marron with herb and garlic butter, this Chardonnay also pairs beautifully with fresh seasonal produce and crusty sourdough.

"Pale gold with brilliant clarity.
The aroma is expressive and refined, revealing white peach, lemon curd and subtle roasted cashew.
The palate is medium-bodied and textured, combining stone fruit richness with bright natural acidity. Carefully integrated oak adds gentle creaminess and structure.
A mineral thread runs through the mid-palate, enhancing precision and length. The finish is long, layered and balanced.
Its balance of fruit weight and acidity gives it both immediate appeal and ageing potential."
